Bringing a distinctive value is a priority for Mrsool. Brand experience alignment isn't an easy task for a business that is built to “deliver whatever you want.” In partnership with Nuss, we collaborated to help the leadership and marketing team realizing the brand foundation as the number of orders was increasing.

After studying the competition, I worked on positioning the brand and identifying its promise. Customers are always looking for original stories, and marketing activities won't affect the bottom-line if we communicate generic messages. We built consistent brand communication, and a powerful digital presence.
