The ideal interaction between human and nature

The brand faced a number of challenges after changing its name as a result of transferring the tasks and responsibilities related to Environment and Water to the Ministry. The most critical of which were positioning, creating a management model, motivating teams and inspiring cooperation, and coordinating communication efforts.

I studied the documents and strategies, then sat with the leaders to evaluate the situation and processes. I identified a positioning strategy that is easy to adopt at all levels. I focused on building a foundation for the relationship between the environment and people, and took advantage of the impact of the brand on our daily lives to strengthen the relationships within the Ministry—and with its stakeholders.
