What does the family need from the dental clinic?

In 20 years of business, the client has realized that trust is everything. The dental clinic experience should be warmer and more relaxing for the whole family; in appointments, waiting, medical services and follow-up.

The client sought to enhance the brand perception, especially while they are planning to expand and become multidisciplinary. I started with defining the brand purpose, and correcting the positioning and the name. The goal is to become a comfortable destination for the family by helping them to make the right decisions, and to live in peace. I built a brand that understands, discusses, and treats every case with care and credibility, and assures the patients that they are the priority.
