The future of specialization.

The SCFHS qualifies health practitioners, develops their capabilities and skills, and controls their practice in a way that contributes to the safety of patients and the protection of society. After analyzing the brand perception and the positioning strategy, I found a significant gap in the relationship with the practitioners. That resulted in an unnecessary investment in the dialogue with the community. Surprisingly, the Commission finds itself in a defensive position in many situations.

I started with unifying the big picture—where SCFHS and the practitioners can create healthier expectations. I built a strategy that shows the regulatory and legislative role of SCFHS, and supports its vision; “to be an efficiently healthy community.”

Moveover, I designed the verbal identity, and worked with the design studio to enhance the visual identity. Also, I worked with the internal team on the launch campaign and on knowledge transformation.
